I've been running my own Trivia Night and Corporate Events company since 1996 and my partner Matt has been developing his skills as a web-application developer over the course of several years. We have combined our knowledge and experience, along with advice from other trivia professionals and webmasters, to develop an online Trivia Wizard which you can use to customise and print out your own quiz night package.
The most important, yet time consuming, part of planning for a Trivia Night or Pub Quiz is compiling your trivia questions and answers. |

The average event requires around 60-100 trivia questions. To ensure a fun and rewarding trivia experience these questions need to be varied, come from a wide range of sources, be accurate and contemporary, and appeal to the vast interests of your participants.

This means you could spend anything from 5 to 10 minutes researching and then fact-checking each original quiz question. This works out to be hours and hours of work.
If you don't require that your trivia night questions be completely original, there are a wide selection of trivia books and encyclopaedias on the market to choose from. Alternatively there are a number of online quiz pack providers who can arrange for your trivia package to be mailed, emailed or instantly compiled for you to print straight away.
Online providers have the advantage of often having more contemporary trivia questions and offer a higher degree of convenience as the quiz questions come already printed for you to read.
I've uploaded our entire database of trivia questions that I developed for use at my own trivia events and you can use those fact-checked trivia questions to create your own quiz pack by clicking here.
The " Trivia Wizard " lets you preview your trivia questions, something most quiz-providers won't let you do, it allows you to swap any questions you don't want, and to change the make up of each round, adjusting your questions specifically to various countries. It gives you a choice of up to 250 sub-categories for themed rounds and as the host you can also add your own quiz questions to truly personalise your event.
Once you've approved the trivia questions and extra material selections, you can then print the materials directly from your printer. The whole process takes about 5-10 minutes. Much faster then then 5-8 hours it takes me to research and fact-check the same number of questions.
